The team and I decided to come up with this awesome blog, the Customer Service Journal. I am reposting this video as requested by one of our avid viewers (thank you folks). So go ahead and take a look! Oh get a popcorn too, hehhe.
The idea that poor customer service can make our clients go crazy is hilarious! But come to think of it, the frustration that they feel put them to that awkward scenario. I hope this video somehow impart something on how you will take care of your clients, they are the blood line of our business so we have to make sure that they will be happy with what we offer to them.
